Q: Are you looking for distributors?

Q: Can I have a customized design for my playground?

A: Absolutely. Our designers enjoy the fun experience of working with our customers on new playground ideas and themes. If it is the first time you are working with us, kindly visit the “Custom Design” page and the “Request For Custom Design” form on our website to gain a better understanding. Please make sure you have sufficient reference materials (pictures or drawings) ready to help us grasp the ideas you have in mind.

Q: Can I get a 3D rendering of my indoor playground design? How do I request for it?

A: We provide 3-D rendering and design drawings in detail for your playground. The design would be tailored to your play space and individual requirements. It will serve as the blueprint for your playground infrastructure which will be stated in the purchase contract. That way, you can be assured that what you see is what you get. To request for the design, we would need you to fill out our Request For Custom Design form. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in answering the questions on the form.

Q: Can I tour your factory?

A: Certainly. Each and every of our customers is welcome to visit our office in Shanghai city, and factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. We are excited to meet every customer in person and demonstrate to them our production system.

Q: What is your method of payment?

A: Wire transfer or a letter of credit. Wire transfer is the desired method.

Q: How fast can I receive the products after placing order?

A: It depends on a few factors such as the amount of customization your playground requires, the factory’s schedule and the scale of your order. The normal lead time for an entire custom designed indoor playground is 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that this refers to the period between order placement and the completion of the product at the factory.

Q: How much in advance should I place my order if I want to launch my business before a certain deadline?

A: The best way to estimate is to trace backwards from the official opening date. Assuming you are opening a mid-sized indoor play center (300sqm) in North America, the breakdown of the schedule would be like this:
 
   — production and inspection –> 2-3 weeks
   — Shipping by sea and custom clearance –> 4-6 weeks
   — Installation and test running –> 2-3 weeks  
 
In this case, you should place the order 8-12 weeks in advance before your opening date. You would need more time if the size of your playground is larger.

Q: How will my playground be installed?

A: If you have experience in playground installation, you will be able to install the playground yourself using the instruction on our user manual. If you have no previous experience, it’s recommended that the first few playgrounds are installed by our professional installation team, to ensure that the quality and longevity of play equipments is not being compromised
 
New customers are strongly encouraged to take a free training session on playground installation and maintenance in our factory. After working with our installation team on the first few projects, new customers will be able to install the playgrounds by themselves. Of course, we can always provide installation service for all projects upon the customer’s request.

Q: How do I maintain my playground?

A: Playground facilities that are maintained on a regular basis have a longer lifespan with less downtime. Funlandia will provide a user manual that states the maintenance guidelines for easy reference so customers need only follow the instructions. We also have an automatic maintenance reminder system so you won’t miss out on any servicing and checking sessions.

Q: What if anything goes wrong with my playground equipments?

A: Our playground equipments are covered under the factory warranty and we always ship some spare parts for the more vulnerable sections of the infrastructure. That way, customers can replace them quickly and effortlessly when the components fail. In case the spare part you need is out of stock when it’s required, we will ship it to you via international express delivery so you can receive the parcel in the fastest possible time. Our account managers are on duty 7 days a week; they can provide troubleshooting via the phone or the internet.

Q: What is the difference between Funlandia Indoor Playground Site and Funlandia Corporate Site?

A: The Funlandia Indoor Playground site is a sub-site we created specifically to help customers with the indoor playground business and products. It contains information on our indoor playground products, and a lot of useful information and tips for people who want to start their own indoor playground business, but it does not contain information on Funlandia’s outdoor playground and outdoor fitness equipments.
 
On the other hand, the Funlandia Corporate Site includes complete product information on outdoor and indoor playground, as well as outdoor fitness equipments. It also helps visitors to better understand the company and its service.
 
In other words, if you are mostly interested in starting your own indoor playground business, you would want to start with Funlandia Indoor Playground Site. If you are keen on learning more about Funlandia and its product offerings, Funlandia Corporate Site would be right for you.
